The NACURH Executive Committee

The Executive Committee of the National Association of College and University Residence Halls serves as the primary leadership body responsible for guiding the strategic direction and operations of the organization. This team oversees key areas including financial management, corporate partnerships, national communications, and governance while ensuring accountability to member institutions and regional affiliates.

The Executive Committee also provides guidance and support to the Regional Board of Directors and affiliated organizations. Through strategic planning, organizational oversight, and collaboration with regional and national partners, the committee helps advance NACURH’s mission and empower student leaders within residence hall communities.

The NACURH Associate for Operations serves as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer of NACURH, Inc. and is responsible for the internal processes of the corporation. The NAO aims to provide ongoing support to entity finances, while also upholding NACURH’s policies and executing the financial and administrative responsibilities of the corporation.

The NACURH Associate for Administration serves as the Chief Revenue Officer of NACURH, Inc. and is responsible for overseeing affiliation, merchandise, inventory, and other revenue-generating operations. The NAA supports member schools throughout the affiliation process, coordinates NACURH Store operations and order fulfillment, maintains accurate administrative and assessment records, and provides resources and guidance to regional leadership.

The NAP coordinates award selection processes, supports regional leadership with bidding and recognition resources, and oversees the LEAD Program, as well as NACURH-U, and NRHH-U programming to further educational and engagement opportunities across NACURH.

The Conference Resource Consultant supports regional and annual conference planning across National Association of College and University Residence Halls by working with host institutions to ensure conference policies, budgeting processes, and operational standards are followed. The CRC provides guidance and resources to conference teams, assists with conference software and logistics, and helps maintain conference records to support successful events.

The ART Consultant serves as the chair and primary coordinator of the Advisor Retention & Training (ART) program. The consultant oversees the selection, training, and coordination of the ART Committee and ART Coordinators while supporting advisor engagement initiatives across the organization. The ART Consultant also coordinates ART programming at the Annual Conference and maintains ART resources, reporting, and records to support advisor development and retention.

The Alumni & Development Consultant leads alumni engagement and advancement efforts for NACURH by fostering connections between alumni and the organization.
