NACURH
Distinguished
Service Award

The NACURH Distinguished Service award recognizes distinguished student leadership while serving NACURH, its affiliates, and member schools over a several year period.

Eligibility

• Any individual who is hosted by a NACURH affiliated host institution and defined as an enrolled student during the year of nomination, and who has lived in a residence hall is eligible for this award

• Only accomplishments made by the nominee in service to the residential community or NACURH during their time as an affiliate of NACURH regardless of their campus housing status will be considered

Required Content

• The bid must include a letter of support from a full-time professional-level advisor or residence hall staff member

• The bid must include a letter of support from a resident directly impacted by the nominee

• The bid must include a letter of support from the region that is nominating the individual

• The bid must outline accomplishments of the nominee for each year of involvement in residential leadership
