What is NACURH?

  • NACURH, Inc. stands for the National Association of College and University Residence Halls, Incorporated. 
  • NACURH is a dynamic, student-run corporation that supports the on-campus living experience and works to empower, motivate, and equip residence hall leaders with the skills, resources, and experiences needed to positively impact their campus communities. What is NRHH? 
  • NRHH stands for the National Residence Hall Honorary.
  • NRHH is the premiere honorary supported by NACURH, Inc. focused on providing recognition and service for individuals who have contributed to the advancement of college and university residence hall communities. NRHH ensures the advancement of member chapters through resource sharing, programming, and leadership development opportunities. 

What conferences can I attend?
  • There are 17 total conferences hosted across NACURH and our eight regional affiliates each year. 
  • Each institution has the opportunity to attend their entity's Regional Leadership Conference (RLC), which takes places in October or November, and Regional Business Conference (RBC) which takes place in February or March. For more information on regional conferences, please contact your Regional Director.
  • Each institution has the opportunity to attend the NACURH Annual Conference, which takes place in May or June.

Why should I get involved in NACURH? 
  • Are you looking for opportunities to advance your leadership skills in a virtual environment? Are you passionate about your experiences at NACURH-affiliated conferences? Have you loved your campus leadership positions in RHA or NRHH? Being a part of NACURH Leadership may be for you!
  • NACURH looks for students like you to assist in its advancement each year. Being entirely student-run, NACURH depends on the commitment of passionate individuals who care about equipping residential leaders with the skills needed for success. 
  • Higher-level involvement in NACURH could mean gaining experience in the following areas:
