This is your place for all bids! Award bids, positional bids, and conference bids. You can resources for writing, defending, presenting, and anything else we have to help you cover all of the aspects of a bid. Bids pertinent for upcoming conferences will be made available on this page.


After conference, bids will be moved into the bid vault.

Award Bids
Award bids are a way for the region to recognize outstanding individuals or organizations for all of their hard work. These documents cover accomplishments and challenges that have been overcome in order to be recognized with an award bid.


Positional Bids
Positional bids are made by those running for a position on the regional board of executives. They typically include information about the candidate, goals, and other aspects dealing with the position they are running for.


Conference Bids
Conference bids are documents prepared for the region by a school that is trying to host a regional conference. They include information about the school, conference budgets, conference staff, and all other information dealing with the conference.
