A welcome message from our current IACURH advisor, Molly Kinne,


I began my journey in the NACURH world as an undergraduate at University of Northern Colorado, once a monkey always a monkey. My involvement in RHA led me to Residence Life, which ultimately with out either of those experiences, I would not be who I am today. I certainly would not have found a love and passion for the NACURH organization.


Resources for Advisors
These include Newsletters, Award Bid Guides, NCC guides, President Guides, and NRHH guides.


Advisor Book Club
The advisers over the last couple years have selected a book that they will talk about at each of our conferences. The selection is emailed out early enough so you can read prior to the conference and then those interested meet during the conference to have a discussion. Book topics can range from professional development to personal growth to just plain fun. Do you have a suggestion for a book? Email Molly at ia_advisor@nacurh.org.


Facebook Group
IACURH advisers have a FB group to share information back and forth in an informal setting. If you would like to be added to the group, email ia_advsior@nacurh.org


Chats
We have chats in IACURH with advisers usually right around conference time. The Conference Adviser attends to awnser questions etc. Occassionally, we will have a chat on another topic that might be affecting advisers in the region. All of our chats usually take place using the full version of AOL instant messenger.
