The scholarship will cover registration for 1 delegate, 1 NCC, 1 advisor, and 1 NRHH representative. The application is available online here (PDF) and here (DOC), and is due to the National Chair (nationalchair@nacurh.org) by 11:59pm PST on March 18, 2010.
